The definition of bid evaluation should cover;

Bid Evaluation in a broader definition means the method of determining the lowest evaluated considerably responsive bid in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications set in the bidding documents. Actually, it is the method of determining; the lowest eligible bid out of bids received and after all selects the lowest and eligible bid.

The other main thing is that the evaluation of bids must be consistent with the terms and conditions stipulated in the bidding documents. Doing the fair, accurate and transparent evaluation of bids is one of the most important aspects of procurement.

This article discusses and identifies the different types of water proofing method used in construction, the locations or buildings elements to which water proofing is required.
